Is there a way I can correct lens/ barrel distortion in iMove?
Given I have never used iMovie, is there a plugin that can correct the problem in iMove (or perhaps QT pro)?

That would have been caused by the camera?
I don't know if anything can correct that.
Cheap optics cause barrel distortion or the pin cushion effect.
It can be done in video using PS Extended and Premiere Pro, but as I have neither the inclination or indeed need to expend that kind of capital, I was looking for an affordable alternative; which I have found is the crop function, although this reduces the quality of the movie, it will suffice.
