My H key as you can see is scratched, and my computer is still under Apple Care. I was wondering if I would be able to go to the Apple Store and get it replaced with a new one.

yes you can the warranty is for everthing that is on the mac or inside it
The warranty does NOT cover accidental damage, which a scratch would have to be. I doubt it really matters over a single key, which would be an insignificant cost for either party, but we shouldn't give Forever2468 the wrong impression of the warranty!
Thomas A Reed is right about mis-leading on the warrenty, but I would say go and talk to your local genius and they just might have a spare "H" key laying around! Have a good attitude and understand that "No, we don't have an extra key" is the worst answer you are going to get! It never hurts to ask!!!
