are msgs lost when reinstalling viber?

Sorry for not being clear with an answer.

We (Viber) don't keep a copy of our users' chat history on our servers, because we care about user privacy. Because of that, unfortunately there is no way to retreive deleted Viber messages. What we recommend for our users to do is to use Viber's "Export" option every once in a while (found in the app's settings), in order to have a backup of the messages in case something happens to it accidentally.

Ask Viber. That's not an Apple product.

Thank Viber team, but I still would like to know if there is any way to retrive the converstions I had on my previous mobile (Samsung Galaxy SII )which got lost and somehow have them availiable on my new phone (iPhone).

I did not find an answer for that in the above attached solution.

Hi I have deleted my viber from my iPhone .i dint store my messages nor did I save the media . Now I would like to reinstall viber again. Will I be able to get the previous data for viber team.
