If there are TV shows you purcahsed through the iTunes Store, you can just re-download them from the iTunes store.
I wont have to pay for it again?

Nope! If you open iTunes on your computer and go to the iTunes Store, there is a link on the main page called 'Purchased'. This lets you download your already purchased content for free.
I've never tried burning a movie in iTunes.

Connect device.
Select File > Transfer Purchases
You will not be able to burn videos purchased via iTunes to a DVD for playback on another device, iTunes specifically prohibits this.
