I'm getting a replacement iPhone 4S...

The battery life on my iPhone is TERRIBLE. So I rang apple and they're going to send out a box for my iPhone with instructions on how to send it in. I'm wondering do I need to put the headphones or USB in with it and if I don't, do you not get a new iPhone box with your replacement?

How long does it take them to send a replacement from your experiences?

And finally will this iPhone be a refurbished one and by refurbished does that mean that it was once used by somebody else?? :/

i m also having problem with my 4S as 1\4 part of screen stopped working i m not able to do anythng on my phone bottom of screen is nt working ..!!!! and my phone is unlocked taken from vodafone... will it be replaced i have taken in nov 2011 ...????

If it wasn't purchased through Apple and/or set up under the licensed through Apple carriers, you are probably out of luck. You obviously need to contact Apple directly by calling them or going to an Apple Store if you have one nearby. They will be able to answer your question specifically.

I just got my iPhone 4S from eBay new and thinking about having it replaced from Apple because my LCD shows a golden rainbow on the right side of the screen. Apple says that I didn't have the Apple care warranty and it cost me 210 to replace it and have it shipped by UPS. How long they will replace it for me? I know that I will going to ship the phone itself and leave the data cable, charging plug, headset and the manuals. My phone is a unlocked AT&T and everyting else working fine.
