Cannot rate apps in the App Store

Sigh .. another Apple triumph. I used to REALLY respect the quality of Apple software ... not any more.

I just purchased an app from the Mac App Store. Works fine. Installed fine. When I check in the "Puchased" list there it is. It's clearly installed. It even shows up on my other computer in the App Store as Purchased and I installed it there too.

Trouble is, the App Store doesnt think I purchased it when it comes to Rating and Review. Trying to rate or review the app generates stren red text telling me I need to have purchased the app before I rate/review it.

I guess Apple is too busy counting it's money to bother creating robust software any more?

I am writing all my review, pressing the star and then when I try to submit, I get a popup saying to write a nickname. I write the nickname and click ok and then it remains stuck there without doing anything... I have to say that I switched to Apple for the first time in my life thinking it would be a more premium experience, but it is exactly the opposite. Bugs, spam in the apps, even worse than Android....
