Did you back it up AFTER recording the video but before deleting it? If so, restore from the backup. If not, it is gone. There is no way to recover it.

If you are on iOS 5 and enabled PhotoStream, it might have been synced to your photo app on your Mac.
Photo Stream does not transfer videos. Only still photos.
Nop, did not back it up after recording it. Guess it's lost then...
To Rysz : I am on iOS 5 and have enabled photoStream, but seems that it only works for pictures and not videos... Thanks !

Is it advisable if I buy a software that can retrieve a video? I didn't back it up AFTER I recorded the video.
