Odd Behavior in Public Site Manager

Greetings All;

Is anyone else experiencing unusual behavior in Public Site Manager? Specifically, after I created a new Collection and

began to add content, I began to get a "Sorry, this page is currently being edited. Please try again later." message.

Also, my session seems to "time out" almost immediately.

More details about what's going on.

Clicking on the Feed for a Collection (i.e., for us that means clicking on Apple Hosted) usually brings up some data very quickly.

Today, after clicking on Apple Hosted, I'm seeing Feed Editor in the upper right, and underneath that I see the words Channel and Items -- but then there's nothing else displayed at all!

It's as if Apple's servers can't find or display any info for that collection (and now I've seen this bizarre symptom on multiple collections.)

Rather disconcerting, to say the least.

Greetings Kenny;

I'm experiencing the same behavior on our site this morning! I created a couple of collections yesterday but today all I get is, like you a blank page when I try to add a new collection of access an already created collection. Not good! Hopefullly the Apple iTunes U team is monitoring this discussion! All best...

Hi Syd.

Your workaround from a month ago (of using iPad Safari instead of Mac OS Safari) works in this situation!

With iPad Safari, I don't see a blank page -- I see all the content I normally would.

I'm using Safari 5.1.5 on my iMac. Not sure why the content isn't visible with Mac OS Safari.

Someone from Apple --- please inform us (and/or fix the problem).

Thanks......k

Kenny;

Glad you were able to make some headway! Have you tried accessing PSM using the iPad link (see attached)?

Greetings James;

Sorry you've encountered this issue! Although our site in Tennessee is working as expected, we have encountered this issue before (see previous posts). Apple does monitor these discussions. Hopefully you'll have an answer soon.

Could you post a link to your iTunes U site? I would expidite Apple's follow up on this issue. All the best...
