I am looking for a way to boost bluetooth/WIFI range for iphone 3GS, 4, 4S and IPADs

For wifi, you may need a wifi extender in your home. If you're looking for extending wifi anywhere, I don't think there is anything that can help short of using a mifi or something similar (it provides wifi through a carrier). As for bluetooth, considering it's only usable for head/ear phones, keyboards and such things, what do you need to extend it for?

You cannot boost BlueTooth range; it is designed for a 10 meter range limit for security reasons. You also cannot boost the range of WiFi from the phone, but you can boost it at the router end either with a directional antenna (which you can make yourself) or with a WiFi extender, as pvonk said. http://bit.ly/zkQS2V

As already stated, you cannot do this.

Not likely going to be possible to boost the range of the device its self.

Alternatively you can boost your Wifi in your own household if you have a old router laying around you can turn it in to a Wireless repeater that will Repeat the signal of your wireless network.

Sorry, this just isn't true. Bluetooth's general operational range is 100m, it's just the tranciever in iPhones is very low power, hence the dismal 7 to 10. There are other phones that stretch that a little, but not greatly. Can you incorporate a laptop with a good quality Bluetooth USB stick and software?
