Will OS Mountain Lion have permissions issues fixed?

Will the new OS Mountain Lion have the Lion permission issues fixed?

Calendar, mail, and a few other apps are either not opening or updating.

Calendar-

- Doesn't sync with my external calendars, and gives me errors about permissions, saying I don't have permission to add/edit, and to change permissions parameters. But when i get in to look at permissions, everything is how it always has been.. I'm the admin, and I can read/write to anything.

Mail won't even open, and gives me the same error.

Preview won't open, so I can't view a PDF file, pictures, etc...

I've tried creating another user, getting into that user, and changing things, but still not help.

I've posted previous discussions about this, and I was told to get into the library folder from the taskbar, and click containers.. but I don't even have a containers folder option.. it doesn't exist.

Can anyone help?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

What bugs Mountain Lion might fix is something no one here will know.

Your problems are almost certainly not due to bugs in Lion, though, since it works quite well for millions of people. If you'll detail the problems, including the exact text of the error messages you're receiving, someone here may be able to help (tagging onto someone else's thread isn't usually the best strategy for getting assistance for your own issues).

Regards.

Adding to the question.

Is the permissions going to be fixed in ML 10.8, towards the subsequental errors that have been going on for few years now, which apple have never done anything about and still ignore.

Such as checking harddrive in diskutil with the following errors.

"System/Library/Java/Java Components/Libraries" Shall be 0, user is 95."

and

"System/Library/CoreServices...." shall be drwxt-xr-x"

What you see there is irrelevent and as long as it says Permissions Reraired, all is fine. It has been substantially tidied up in Lion anyway, with a lot of those reports hidden now. As far as Mountain Lion goes, come back and ask in 6 months or so when it has been released. Nobody can tell you that.

Good Luck
