If you are looking for an alternative (& handmade) MacBook / MacBook Pro sleeve, have a look at http://foofshop.com - 13" Macbook is also available.
im using the timbuk2 quilted laptop sleeve large-i got the black one- and my axio hybrid bookbag. the sleeve fits just a little at first but stretches to fit the 15.4 perfectly.
While we are on the subject, has anyone heard of this case:

I can also highly recommend SF Bags products. I have purchased three of their bags and a sleeve for my two Apple notebooks and my Sony Viao. The workmanship and quality that goes into these products is top notch. The protection they afford my notebooks is as good or in most cases better than most other companies offerings. Thier customer service is as good as it gets.

I was looking at getting this since I have a jansport computer bag but the magsafe magnet supposedly would attract any little metallic thing that may be placed in the bag. Looks like a nice very lite protective sleeve. Anyone tried it?

I have both -- got them for my ppc 15inch powerbook. and now have them for my 17-inch MBP too. Oh, and Radtech's polishing kit really works well, too. Have refinished an iPod that got trashed on a trip.
Like them a lot. Even got shag for the screen. It gently polishes and keeps things lightly protected. Enough to take it from meeting to meeting. Then, when I carry it further I have the new Timbuk2 Track backpack, the sleeve and the corduroy compartment work snuggly to secure the computer. The other compartment could be a bit roomier. But it forces me to prioritize what I really need. The little pockets hold business cards, the remote, a memory stick. The power suppply goes in the bottom. Can even store an extra battery. Plus a book and a small notebook, and even the iPod -- there's a special place for it with a hole for the headphones.
No, I do not work for Timbuk2. Just like their stuff. It works for me.

I bought a Shinza sleeve when I picked up my PC notebook. 15" Hypersonic. Hopefully when I get my MBP it will still fit in the thing. Seems pretty sturdy. I've had it for 2 years and it's held up well.
Thanks! I'm a bit OCD and I'm planning on also getting the iskin keyboard protector to use while typing then using the radtech screen protector while travelling since the iskin leaves marks on the screen that have been impossible to remove. Okay, so I didn't try very hard to remove them. Plus I like the pretty colors of the iskin (back off, I'm a girl, I'm allowed to enjoy pretty colors 🙂 )
Anyone know when the MacBook Pro MacCase Sleeve is set to ship?
