Powerpoint can't open in MacBook

I can't open my pptx file from my MacBook, I have got error which is "the server application, source file or item cannot be found. check that path and filename are correct, or try reinstalling the server application" Kindly guide me how to slove this.

Your .pptx contains a link to an object (file) which can't be found, or contains an object which cannot be edited or displayed (it's an MS error message, not Mac, and the "server application" means the application which served originally the object to PowerPoint). Either your Office Mac installation is incomplete, or the presentation included some linked or embedded object from an app not available in Office Mac (eg, Access).
