Attaching hyperlink to animated gifs

never tried it.
perhaps you could create a text box as the hyperlink with the graphic inside of it if all else fails.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried converting a standard animated gif into a .swf file via GraphicConverter and inserting the .swf into iWeb. But that doesn't work. Also, iWeb adds the QT controller to the bottom of the image, which I don't want to see. Does anybody know how to turn that off too?

Don't worry about the animated gif having a QT controller - it disappears on publish. I put a shape over the gif, opacity 1%, then make it a hyperlink.

It doesn't work with putting the gif in a textbox then making the textbox the hyperlink. Only the bits in the textbox that are not obscured by the gif becomes the hyperlink, not the gif itself.

I love your site. I would like to ask two questions: how do you have the sound play? And would it be possible to have an animated (gif or flash) for the linked pictures (or have the top of screen link to another page?)
