I was trying to convert a WMV file to MOV and dowloaded the program Aiseesoft TS Convert for MAC. The converter did not work so I would like to delete it from my MacBook Pro. I've tried to drag it to the Trash with no sucsess. How do I get this program off my MacBook Pro?
Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.1)
First make sure the program is shut down. More then likely it isn't as if you just closed the window that does not shut the program down.
Then after you knkow the program is shut down right click on it and select Move To Trash. Then empty the trash.
Also do a search for the name of that program to find any files that got install alone with it. ,They will be in the Library/Application Support folders.
