There are plenty of non IOS tablets, take a look at an Android, or something Microsoft.

You can login to the iCloud website on a PC or a Mac, you can not do it on an IOS device.

Login on one of these iPads and set it to your account, as you have iPads "all around" it shouldn't be difficult,

UUse Google Chrome app and in settings for it, click on "Request desktop site" and bingo bango, it works!

Google chrome is free. The browser has a "request desktop site" as one of its drop down menu options. Once you request a desktop site, you can login to iCloud.com by typing that into the browser address bar. Username and password and you can access all the features you can normally access using a desktop computer/laptop.

Wow, that's a massive fail, lol even yahoo lets you check email anywhere, and nobody wants to use them.
