Cleaned my screen with a wet ones wipe. Is this ok if it was only once. Saw after that I maybe shouldn't have.

Best thing to use on glass is Isopropyl alcohol, a 70% mix. It will clean all residue of the screen glass and not leave streaks.
Just use water on a damp cloth and stop worrying.
Some chemicals can etch the glass. If you haven't already noticed any haze then it's probably OK.
Just give it a wipe with a dampened cloth. This will remove the chemical residue left behind by the Wet Ones.
Yeah I don't really notice any hazing, would it be really noticable? Also I did wipe the screen off with a damp microfiber cloth within minutes and just did again. When you say etch do you mean scratch the glass?
Do you mean from www.wetones.com? Those are hand-wipes and your screen is made of glass... I doubt there's anything there that could damage your screen in any way (other than leaving a film on it) and not harm your skin.
I typically use Wipe n' Clear tissues and then go over it with a microfiber towel, but it's glass... a damp, clean cloth (followed by a microfiber towel to remove streaks if you're really picky) will do the job no problem.

Only time will tell. I use distilled water on a dampened lint free cloth. (and I never touch the screen directly with my fingers)

According to the MSDS, the only chemical mentioned is ethanol (isopropyl alcohol). It won't hurt the glass.
