Community of Practice

Hello,

I am doing an analysis of the Apple Support Community in terms of community of practice for one of my classes. Since I read a lot of posts on the forum I have couple questions about the community it self.

I was wondering if there is any way to check how many users is currently registered. This is something i should provide for my teacher, so i would be really grateful if anyone could help me.

Also as I was doing my study i started to wonder why there is no subcategory for discussion not related to apple products. It seems to me like there is a lot of very interesting people on this forum, that I would like to have a conversation with, but not necessarily about issues with my computer.

Just so you know, users who reach Level 6 have access to the Lounge which allows a much more relaxed setting.

Seems less and less like you are doing a class project.

Yes I have a question about the Lounge. Since I do not have access to it I would like to know what is the purpose of it, since it seems to give regulars an extra benefits.
