Can't reset Apple ID password!
I can't access my existing Apple ID and I've gone through the help on apple and neither options work.
1.Email verification goes to some unknown email. No option to send to a new email.
2.Verify by date of birth on file doesn't work and doesn't display the year so it's always invalid when I try entering the date.
I have called Apple Support, they told me that Apple ID's are basically a seperate entity and then refer me to the website help and I've tried at least 20 times.
(Or so it feels like!) I've already created a new ID but I have all of my paid Apps for my phone and about $25 store credit linked/synced to the old Apple ID.
Apple said that they can try to help but it's $20-$50 (depending on device) via Apple Support but I don't have that type of cash-flow if there isn't any real help..
What are my options?
