iPod Battery Indicator

Hey I thought I read about this somewhere, but is there a way to change the battery icon on the new iPods to numeric? I could be wrong...

Chris,

That is where it gets iffy. Thats hardware, but what about software?

Answer.com's definition is:

"The term is also used to refer to any tip or technique for improving performance or configuring hardware or software..."

If by adding your own code/software into an Apple product, you cause problem; is Apple liable to fix it?

I would say that since Apple basically says no, it is up to them. Whether or not Apple will fix your iPod if a problem comes, I can't really say.
