3rd time trying to download additional content for mainstage....takes 15-20 hours each time...then asks for my password/id for permission...starts installing and about 1/4 of the way..it dissapears and nothing is installed....confused and frustrated..:-(

Hi..,

Yes...Just updated to version 2.2.1...am able to download additional content..takes 15 hours..but cannot install...it almost installed and just before finishing..the install window dissapeared and noting happened...then last night tried installing all jam packs and additional content together...only a few of the jam packs were incomplete...and nothing else...it said "mainstage was unable to install..:-(

Do you live near an Apple Retail store? If you can take your computer there, I'm sure they can help you get the assets downloaded/installed.

Are you trying to install all the content options at the same time? If so, have you tried to install them one at a time?

The same exact thing is happening to me. I'm also worried my drive gets even more full with every download, where are these files being downloaded???????
