CAN I USE REMOTE DISC TO BURN DVD
I am curious if I can burn a DVD using remote disc or if I need to buy the external drive.

You can use Remote Disc. It acts just like a locally attached drive.

In a word - no. Despite what captfred says it will not work. The work around is to share the source, mount the source to the computer with the disk and burn from there. The right click menu works with the burn "item shared" to disk command.
