MLB.TV not switching to 2012 spring training games

I did a restore this morning but doubt that had anything to do with it.

Same here with my ATV in Australia. Today, however, I see the crrent date so it appears to be updated. Anyone know if games can be watched on archive rather than just live on the ATV? Cant get up that early to watch the Spring games!

I watched the Yankees yesterday, all 3 games played to that point were archived.

I just signed up last night.

Spring training games are listed, but just display an endless "accessing mbl.tv" with spinning wheel when selected.

Game recaps work just fine.

Anybody else see this? Obviously it's opening day and my family is going to be more than a little dissapointed if it doesn't work.

Yes, you can watch the past spring trainig games that were on MLBTV. Go to www.mlb.com and look for the scoreboard on the upper left portion of the page. Click on scoreboard and after it loads you will notice a date in the upper left hand corner. Their are arrows and you can go back in time by clicking the left arrow. Find the game you want to watch.

For me, it works fine on my Mac, but not on my Apple TV.

Have up upgraded the software on your Apple TV lately?

It's got the latest software. Netflix works just fine. My Mac can see the games.

It's something with the mlb.tv app.

I've reset everything and same deal.

You can do a smililar thing on your Apple TV. Click on Today Games and once you see all the listings hit your left key on yor remote and it will take you back in time. Find the game you want to watch and you are in.

Maybe you can do this, but I can't.

Puhi, you might want to make sure that thier has not been a resent up date to your Apple TV go to the settings option and click on General. Go down to Update Software and see it your software is current.

Puhi, please stay with me now. You can not play any games past or present on your Apple TV but you can see the listings for the games. Is that correct?

Yes. When I select a game it just says "Accessing mlb.tv" with a spinning ball. It never stops.

I've reset everything, uploaded latest software, unplugged, restarted, danced a jig, sacrificed a goat, and prayed to Vishnu.

Nothing works.

Save the goats! Lets try this just for fun. Go to MLB on your Apple TV. Select Today's Games. Hit the let arrow key on your remote until date field displays wed, Apr 04, 2012. Arrow down to the MYM@NYY and select the game. Will it play?
