MLB.TV not switching to 2012 spring training games

MLB.TV is starting to cover some spring training games today, and I'm able to pull them up on my computer, but on ATV it's seems to be stuck in last season (offering only replays of last season's games). According to MBL.TV's website, for ATV specifically:

Watch every-out-of-market game LIVE in HD quality with MLB.TV Premium on your Apple TV. Don't have time watch the live game? Easily navigate to archived games. Spring Training games available early March.

Does this mean specifically that Spring Training games will only be available as archived games? I seem to read it as Spring Training games should be able to be watched live.

I just did an update on my ATV, also, to see if that would "kickstart it", but no good. Have logged out and back in a number of times, to no avail.

Dave.

Just received this email reply from MLB cusotmer support to my inquiry"

The Apple TV will be available early this march. Check web site for Updates. www.mlb.com/devices

We do apologize for any delay and inconvenience this may cause.

It is as if the start of Spring Training caught MLB by surprise. It's the so called "service economy" - "we pay and we serve" . . .

Everyone is having the same problem. I suspect it's on the MLB side. May I recommend that EVERYONE send a support email to MLB.TV (log in, click contact, select MLB.TV) and Apple to put a fire under them?

I've personally demanded immediate access to the games I've paid for (they've already debited by CC) or a partial refund AND an immediate update with an exact date the service will begin. Many people are like me, and would not fork out the $100+ just to get access on their computer.

This "sometime in March" answer is a joke.

I'm commonly surprised by how far I get with my complaints and "demands". If I don't get the answer I want in email, I'll be following up with a phone call that won't end until I find someone who can give me some sort of answer (HINT: the person who answers the phone will NOT be able to answer my question). I'll charm my way to a manager who can fast track either an answer or a partial refund.

Bottom line is that we are helpless against what is at bottom a state supported sports carte, their customers matter not at all because they have not any competition and are protected form the Supreme Court (read the baseball antitrust cases) to Congress (read the statues exempting sports league media contracts from the antitrust laws) to the President (who welcomes league champions to the White House every year. Say as it ever was Government produced "bread and circuses" for the masses (including you and me). One either takes it of leaves it. You gripe? Okay, we cancel you account. What's your alternative?
