Don't know but probably not. The Airport card is usually installed internally on laptops & desktops.

I don't think so. An Airport card fits into an airport slot usually under the keyboard, Your Wallstreet does not have one. However a PCMCIA wifi card should work if you have the right drivers.
Yup you need a PCMCIA wifi card- but specifically one with a broadcomm chipset. Mine works perfectly with a buffalo pcmcia card.
