MacBook Pro Dropping Wireless

Using a Netgear router, my MacBook has started to drop the connection to the wireless. My iPod still connects so it's not the router. I plug the ethernet in for a while and after removing the cable the wirelss works again, like a boost. But it's a bit inconvenient. Any ideas?
