New iPad (3rd Generation) Pre-Order info.

WOW! Got mine a day early! Just got home and lo and behold there it was! No one here and I didn't even pre-sign. But OMG it really IS a lot bigger than the last one ...

Shoot.....I sould have taken a picture of the tiny box FedEx delivered early this afternoon ( and had me sign for) with my camera connector kit in it.........😁

I saw this in mail email box and did a double take......the said to my hubby...."holy poop! This person got their new iPad today!" before I opened the picture. We both had a big laugh over it! Thanks for breaking the stress!

Mine is also about eight hours away. It is "in transit"!!!! I can't believe how excited I am. My Mac obsession began with iPhone 3G. Then my wonderful husband surprised me with the original iPad......he talked me into the iPad third generation and I can't thank him enough! I am giving my best friend my old iPad.....gave her our old iPhones too so now she shares my obsession!

Off topic question.......screen protector or no? I've gone both ways and seem to like without even tho I clean the screen several times a day.

Mine is in Long Beach & I am in San Diego. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

Mine was updated this evening. It left Louisville & is now in Long beach. They even made note of an address change (Apple advised UPS to add my unit # to my address). Going to call UPS early tomorrow to confirm that they have the correct address now.
