I've updated my ATV 2 to new version via iTunes using USB cable. All process was done ok, but after I plug my ATV2 on TV, show only 2 icons. Computer and Setting, nothing more.
I tried for 3 times make restore from iTunes, but always show these 2 icons... any ideia?

Try submitting a bug report to Apple, quite few people are having this problem. No solution been found yet.

I haven't heard of anyone having any luck restarting their router or ATV

Sounds so like an internet connection problem. This problem along with some people having to reset their DNS just to get the update... Sounds like some basic "setting" has been altered in this version that some ISP's just don't like. Weird.

I'll change DNS, this is able update and restore fine directly on AppleTV, but not solve yet about question the AppleTV shows only 2 icons.
I made one test, I was visiting a friend who have another ISP and my AppleTV works fine from your internet.
I called my ISP asking if there was any type of lock and they said nothing is locked.
My question is: Is Apple lock some IP from ISPs (I live in Brazil) or this is would be a bug in the new AppleTV firmware?
Try changing the store setting to the US, if your not here already. Ask I mentioned earlier, if that doesn't solve it submit a bug report via ATV feedback link.
