I reviewed and edited a previously released episode. I would like to remove the one that is currently there and reupload the new version of the podcast.
Is this possible? Or if I fix it in the feed itself the version that will be downloaded will be the correct one?

You can simply replace the old version on the server, keeping the file name the same, amending the duration and 'length' in the feed, and not changing the 'guid' tag. New subscribers will receive the amended version, but existing subscribers who have already downloaded it will not.
Or, you can delete the entry from the feed, replacing it with the amended version as if it was a new episode, complete with a differeng 'guid' tag and a different file name. Again new subscribers will obviously see this one, but existing subscribers will find themselves downloading the amended version in addition to the old one. Obviously you can't remove the old version for people who have already subscribed to it.
In both cases the Store page will simply show and play the new version.
Thank you so much. Yeah, I figured that once downloaded I will not be able to influence... and really dont want people who already downloaded it to re-download... although I would love to have them have the new version!
At least it's only been out a day and I'm fixing now...
Yet I had 225 download already! So... 225 people will get the not optimal version, still it was good...

Another question... if I have older podcasts that I would like to upload. But I don't want those to be the first ones (most recent ones) on my feed... Can I do this? Is there a way I can make an old podcast that was uploaded very recently fall back into the list of podcast and be placed in the right place?
For example, I just uploaded a new episode for March, but I have an epidsode for October last year. If I upload the October episode now, it will show as the newest one... I would like the March 2012 to be the most recent one and the one from October to be listed, but in the right cronological order. Is that possible?

Theoretically if you set the 'PubDate' tag for the episode to the required date it will get sorted in order, at any rate for subscribers, though I'm not sure what the Store will do: it's not something I've ever tried. I'm afraid it's a case of try it with one episode and see.
