How is this done? I have the bookmarks on my iPhone and iPad and presume they are in iCloud because I set my settings on those devices to do so.

It should work automatically. Aren't the bookmarks the same now?
No. There is no change. I have spend some time today updateing bookmarks on my iPad, but there is still nothing showing in my Safari PC. Now, it worked fine for weeks, this problem has just appeared for the first time. Coincidentally, it may have begun when I updated to the latest IOS a few days ago. Do you think that has anything to do with it?
Check your device settings, make sure that Synch of Boomarks is checked. And if it is, uncheck it then re-check it again.
Load up the iCloud exe on your PC, and do the same.
If taht doesn't work, then log out totally on both items (icloud), and log back in.
When I did as you suggested, I found the problem to be that I am running Windows XP and cannot load iCloud.exe. Thank you so much for your help.
Yes, iCloud is not really supported on XP.
However, a quick look on the net has showed a bunch of hacks to get around that.
