I found this Mac swapper demon in my Activity monitoring.

I believe this a third party bit of software installed to facilitate network connections for some hardware you might have used.

Looks like you downloaded some software that uses it.
Look in System Preferences > Users & Groups > yourusername > Login Items and delete it.
Also check Library/LaunchAgents
Then go to your Finder "Go" menu hold the option key to choose "Library" and look in LaunchAgents there
Launch Activity Monitor > "All Processes" tab, quit any process related to Mac_SwapperDemon.
