Where can I find a beep ringtone which will beep only once in the period of ringing? All of beeps ring all the time while someone is calling..

I don't think it's possible. The best you could do would be a ringtone with a single beep and the rest silence (you can create it yourself). It will repeat, however, until it rolls to voice mail or you silence it.
you could try making a 30sec song/ringtone that has a single beep, that might work, what kiltedTim said, other wise its sort of not going to happen.
