suddenly my screen is too large...change fonts..? It is very hard to even slide the unlock screen

Settings>General>Accessibility>Zoom set to Off.

Double tap the screen with 3 fingers.

I try the tapping the watch with 3 fingers and it works but Im going to go to settings and fix it this iis annoying

To move while Zoom is on, drag the screen with three fingers.

It isn't a problem, it is the Zoom function.

It's not a bug, it's supposed to do that. Same thing on iPhone, double tap the home button (without pushing it) and the top icons will lower to the bottom and you can scroll through it. The phone does it so you can operate it with one hand, especially needed on the larger iPhone screens. The watch does it for accessibility for people who cannot see the small icons

I agree! The fixes mentioned all work but Apple needs to address the issue. This is my second watch that I have had It happen to. Apple replaced "very quickly" the 1st watch S1 but now I find, since upgrading that it happens on my S2 after charging.

It's goodto know the fix to the problem. But Apple needs to fix it in the OS so it doesn't happen.

What randers4 said works too, but if you can't navigate there you can triple-tap the home button and lo and behold, the setting "Turn zoom off" will appear. Tap that and you're good.

or you can plug device into itunes, and on summary page, click the universal button and can access the settings for that as well...
