suddenly my screen is too large...change fonts..? It is very hard to even slide the unlock screen

My screen is too large to manipulate and read? I have a hard time touching the unlock and can't view screen text on left if I do get to the general page.

Help???

Settings>General>Accessibility>Zoom set to Off.

Hold in the Digital Crown and menu button at the same time, until the Apple logo appears. That will reset the Apple Watch.
