Is the ipad explosion proof... I work in the petroleum industry and would like to know if I can use my ipad in an explosive atmosphere..

If this is your company and you are trying to sell this product you can post a link to your website here with a disclaimer that you are with the company and you may receive compensation. You cannot spam, it i.e., going to every thread and posting about it. You can't even do that without mentioning it.

I posted the link of the Intrinsically iPad before but Apple removed my reply. I guess I didn't follow the rules.

So they didn't "make" asafe iPad, as you earlier claimed ... It's a case to seal the iPad in a qualified state?

I have the same issue since I work in the same industry. We just use explosion proof casing for the iPad.
