Mount iCloud as Drive

is there a way i can Mount iCloud as a drive storage?
just to direct access storage. like GMail_Drive, Mesh, or even dropbox

No, your iCloud storage is not accessable. It is in the cloud.
You can copy and past items in the iCloud folder and in the iCloud Drive folder - e.g. in Pages - but they do not appear in the Pages folder on you iPad.
All the folders and documents that I created using the old iCloud Drive online are there, but nothing I create in Pages on the iPad appears in the iCloud on my iMac and vice versa. There is something seriously wrong with this system, since I upgraded to Yosemite. Even documents that I created using New Pages on Yosemite cannot now be read on the iPad, even though it can see them!
However!!!
Two things: firstly, iCloud can get stuck! I managed to unstick it by restarting both the iMac and the iPad. Secondly, updating can be a bit slow. Which I guess is not surprising, after all where is the iCloud?
