Can I switch between 3G providers within the uk on my iPad? I.e could I use Vodafone one month and Orange the next?

I am not sure which UK 3G provider to use at the moment and so I wondered if anyone can tell me if you can switch between providers i.e use Vodafone one month then switch to Orange the next or whether the iPad gets locked to the first provider you use?

Absolutely. Just change the sim card and the APN details in the settings. You can do this either manually if you know them or just sync with iTunes after changing the sim and the details will sync. Once you have done it once for each network the device seems to remember the details.
