That looks to me like the QuickTime Specific Codec list. Is that ALL you can access when exporting? In some apps there's a second list, sort of a top level list. QuickTime is usually in that list, and if you choose QuickTime, you get the list you posted. Some apps ONLY post the list you posted. If you can manage to access the other list, you can choose things like AVI.
The other option is to export as QT using the Animation codec, which is near lossless. Then open that in QT Pro and export as an AVI.
