Problem updating Command Line Tools after updating Xcode

After installing the latest Xcode update from the App Store today, I see an update to the Command Line Tools. However, when I try to install that update, I get an error message that "[my Apple ID email] does not have access to Command Line Tools." This has never been a problem before. I am able to log in to my free developer account using that email.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Did you try this link (courtesy kjbarth, earlier in the thread):

That worked for me. The first one on the list is "Command Line Tools for Xcode - Late July 2012".

That link doesn't appear to work for Montian Lion...any thoughts on a release CLT package for Mountain Lion or should I just use the DP above?

If you unfold the "Xcode 4.4" row, one of the items inside is "Xcode 4.4 Command Line Tools for OS X 10.8". I wonder if that would work.
