Thanks. I haven't tried that, and really don't think I will, though, because I can't afford to turn my firewall off. However, I tried repairing the disk permissions on Macintosh HD, after restoring the defaults of Java Preferences, after blocking all incoming connections to Java for a minute or two and then turning it back on. I still saw the window after the first try, and am hoping that repairing the disk permissions has done the trick, as I have not seen it since repairing the disk permissions on Macintosh HD. Hopefully it won't pop up again.

Hello everyone! I came across something new!

After I switched on my Mac today, the bloody pop-up window actually stayed long enough to be able to read text content of it: It was asking if I want to allow incoming network connections for "ksfetch". I google the name but before I was able to click "no" within the pop-up window it was already gone again.

I came across a usefull post here in the forum, I followed the instrcutions and so far the pop-up window did not appeared again. (Maybe usefull to mention, I used the Terminal comand to delete the "googlesoftwareupdater" for the entire system.)
