Disabled

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

For how to restore:

iTunes: Restoring iOS software

To restore from backup see:

iOS: How to back up

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

I can help (:

when you click on to itunes, on the right side bar on the top there is a button saying library (this is if your in the store, and not automatically on your page)

then, you should get all your itunes details, like downloaded musics, apps, movies.

next, plug in your ipod or apple device with a charger to your computer, and then the device details should pop up.

this lets you view the dowloads on your device, the usage, the money redeemed, and things like that.

if you see the bar that has selections of what you'd like too do, click on the 'about 'device name' ' (ipod, ipad, iphone) area, and you should get a number of options of what you'd like too do, one of them being reset (:

if this dosnt work, click on your devices home button, off/on button and volume button on all in one, and press down, until it turns off. then turn it back on and malfuctions most likely will be fixed.
