Why Apple does not support from Iran? And why not open a store in Iran?

Read Tuttle's link. Current trade sanctions with Iran make it illegal for just about any company in the U.S. to sell goods to Iran.

Apple provides support in all countries in which they have official distribution. Since they do not distribute Apple products in Iran, they are not obligated to provide support there.

And yes, since providing AppleCare support would involve providing hardware and software components, that may well be illegal in regards to US sanctions on Iran.

No, Apple does not have any support in Iran. No one has said otherwise. Again, Apple does not, and by US law cannot, do business in Iran.
