Safari denies me access to WSJ.com because of too many redirects?

Quit Safari and restart the iPad and see if that helps.

Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus ➖ sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

If that doesn't help - try clearing Safari.

It seems there really isn't an actaul address of WSJ.com, or at least I can't even get there on a computer...

It redirects to many of their other links....

Try a more direct address approach....

It works fine on my iPad1 using Safari - not problems at all - simply tying in wsj.com. It does open the page that you reference - but it works for me as wsj.com - just like that.

It may be a cache issue and that is why I suggested clearing Safari.

I was just giving him an alternative to try as going direclty to the link might not have so many redirects....

We don't know where he is from or if he is behind a proxy or some other device that redirects him too many times.

Hopefully he can go directly there using the link I gave him.

Or, clearing his cache works for him...
