What app replaces MacJanitor for Snow Leopard
I need an app to replace MacJanitor for Snow Leopard, and Lion. Any suggestions???

I never found anything useful that Mac Janitor did.

Not really needed and I don't know of anything. Snow Leopard runs the periodic scripts at wake up if the computer has been sleeping. But you can rotate the system.log manually. This doesn't get run if the computer has been asleep (I think it's midnight.) See the command and instructions in my post in this nearby thread.

If you shut down at night and don't want to be bothered with Terminal, Cocktail has this feature.

I always shut down at night. After reading your nearby thread, I checked the Library/Logs and found 2MB, and in the Home folder/Library/Logs I found 124.3 MB! Yikes!!!
Now what???
No need to worry, Apple fixed the issue, the scripts run if they haven't ran in awhile, no need to do anything.
However if you get a corrupt cache or your machine seems a little funky, a good OnyX cleaning will assist
2MB is nothing and 124.3MB is still small potatoes.
