I have purchased a Logitec Vision Pro for Mac webcam. I thought it was plug and play. When I go to use the cam the default one in the screen turns on. How do I direct the driver to the new external one?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
Click on the camera icon, that pops up with adobe flash player settings window, that pops up
or right click settings and select your other webcam from the menu with the picture of the camera.
If using Face Time select it from the menu bar/ facetime/ menu Camera

Trouble I am having is the cam isnt registering as an option to choose from in that dropdown box and yes it is physically connected. It doesnt seem to be registering as hardware that's available. Any clues?

To right click select ctrl and click on the trackpad
Right click and select settings from the menu that appears, and select the cam required
This one fixed it. Not quiet sure what I did differently - but its working, many thanks

Logitech dont work to well with mac They dont have all the capabilities as windows, If at times you dont see it, just reconnect it to the USB port wait a sec and it should appear
