How can I remove iCloud cals from Outlook?

So, I've uninstalled iCloud. It broke the simpleSyn application I use to keep my laptop and PC versions of Outlook in sync.

Anyway, after removing iCloud my data is now back in the default positions in Outlook but I still have those two iCloud calendars in the calendar tab - iCloud calendar and iCloud Conflicts calendar. When you click either one it brings up an error message because of course the system can not find the needed iCloud files.

How can I remove these two iCloud calendars from outlook? (2007)

Open Outlook, select Mail, right click on the iCloud folder (top level) in the sidebar and select close.

This worked really well and somehow I still had access to my Apple address emails. No iCloud slowing down my work Outlook to snail's pace anymore. : )
