Mismatch in iTunes

i complained to Apple about this ... they gave me a generic "problems with iTunes Match" email in response. So i emaield them again telling them very specifically what the probem as, and they apologised and gave me 2 free credits on my iTunes account.

i then used one of those credits to download Kraftwerk from iTunes .. problem fixed.

That's incredible. I have the same trouble. And now is november 2013. I can't solve it....

I just wanted you to know that speaking to Gerasimo of Apple, after giving to the tech support my passwords for my account, the issue was solved. I'd really like to know if you everybody solved this trouble, or if they solved it just for my account.

Error disappeared for me after downloading the song 1,5 years after I originally discovered the problem. So in other words, I didn't care and Apple seemed to have fixed the problem on it's own...no action from my side besides reporting the issue in Apple's bug reporter.

I am having this same probielm today. I have the German version of the album "Die Mensch Maschine" not "the man machine" in mp3 format and the song "Das Modell" keeps getting replced by "Wouldn't it be nice" by the beach boys. I tried changing the name of the song, deleting it and re-syncing with iCloud, all with no luck. Any idea how to fix this? I can't even buy the german version of the song in iTunes.

iTunes Match converts my german version of "Das Modell" to the english version.. Weird.

This problem appears to happen in reverse too. My Beach Boys wouldn't it be nice was dowbloaded as Kraftwerk! 2015 and still not fixed.
