how do i view a full imessage conversation?

i've had my iphone for quite a while now and i have been sending alot of messages every day in both seperate and group-chats via imessage and now i would like to view the full conversation. I want to see what me and my friends were texting about for some months ago and i want to see the cute messages from a girl i like. there is one problem, my conversations are VERY long and i dont want to sit and press the ''read older messages''-button all day long so i am wondering if anyone knows a way to browse one's conversations in the iphone. Ive tried alot of computer apps and i havnt got it to work so can someone please help me? 🙂
