collating or grouping pages when printing from preview

Hello,

Just updated to lion and have found that I can no longer select or unselect the collate option when printing from preview. The collate select button is available when printing from adobe reader or word, but it is nowhere to be found under any of the preview print options since the update. Any ideas? Has it been moved to some super secret location?

I included the screen shots of adobe reader and preview print windows. The collate selection button in preview used to be located to the right of the # of copies window.
