Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
In the last days some covers are replaced by the "apple icon". This has happened on different University Pages. I've tried to "update" feed on iTunes U Public Manager but nothing changes (feeds have worked and are working fine).
What's the problem?

The dreaded "missing album artwork" issue is also back for us in Tennessee! PSM was "buggy" and slow yesterday...then later in the day album artwork began to disappear. No response from Apple yet.

Can anyone advise on what the 'official' route is for iTunes U support?
The investments we all make in time and the resources we are sharing with Apple really deserve recognition and improved support.
