Im thinking about learn to develop app for iOS. I had a lot of ideas, but most of them i would need the API of that website. For example: http://www.filmaffinity.com/en/main.html
The point is: is there any other possibility of collect/use information of a site without the API, anything else without the typical parsing or scraping?

If you're going to be using any data from that web site in your app, you need to get permission from the owners first.
Why don't you want the API for the web site? That sure would make things a whole lot easier and keep things on the up-and-up.

I want the API for the web site, but I don't know if they would want give it to me hehehe. I also thought in other projects like Comunio, SoccerManager, etc. Just an unofficial app for play in that web-games

You would probably have to pay the owners a small percentage of each sale of your app.
If your app is free, they won't do it.
Additionally, regardless of whether your app is free or paid, Apple can at any time ask you to provide documentation that proves you have permission to use the data from any source that you don't own.
Yeah, you are right. I didn't think about that. So I will trying to think in another idea to develop and help me to learn
